• All orders received on business days (Monday–Friday) are processed within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation.

• Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. GloSmart cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect address details.

Shipping information

Each order can be shipped only to a single address, which is specified at the time of placing the order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders. 

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email, whatsapp or SMS with the courier name and tracking number.

• Use this info on the courier partner’s website to track your delivery in real time.
